E&E Development Group is a real estate development and investment firm rooted in Miami. Our portfolio spans Class A commercial properties in Doral — including the Farmasi US Headquarters — and luxury waterfront residences in Fort Lauderdale's most coveted island neighborhoods.
We execute every phase of development in-house, from acquisition through design, construction, and delivery. We are also a licensed general contractor — building not only for our own portfolio, but for outside clients who demand the same standard. As long-term owners of the buildings we develop, our commitment to quality doesn't end at completion.
